Documenttypes can be shared between users or pc's with the documenttype import & functions. Exported documenttypes have a .cmrdte file extension, and include background images of the documenttype.

Exporting a documenttype

1. Click Export -> Documenttype
2. Select the documenttype you want to export, and click OK
3. A folder selection dialog will be shown. Select the folder where you want to save the exported file.

The documenttype will be exported and saved in the folder you selected as a .cmrdte file.

Importing a documenttype

1. Click Import -> Documenttype
2. Select the exported .cmrdte file, and click "Open"

The documenttype will be imported now and can be found in the list with documenttypes.
