By importing orders in CMR-JET you can use the data in your existing application to quickly generate all necessary documents for that order. First export your orders out of your own application (xml or csv), then import the order in CMR-JET. Next use the auto-generate function to quickly generate all your documents.

In CMR-JET you can edit the order database structure by adding or removing fields, so that it resembles your existing order structure.

To obtain an example XML-scheme, export an empty order to xml.

Make sure that the structure of the xml or csv file resembles the CMR-JET order. For example, if the csv or xml file contains a column "Remarks_Consignee", then you must also have an order field named "Remarks_Consignee" if you want to import the data in this column..

Exporting orders

1. Click Windows -> Orders
2. Select the orders you want to export
3. Click "Export"
4. Select the locatin where you want to save the exported xml file

2. Select the xml or csv file you want to import, and click OK
