You can automatically generate multiple documents of all types based on an order. The idea here is that instead of inputting the same data in multiple forms, you import or input one single orders, which contains all unique fields of all your documents. (Consignee, Sender, Remarks, etc). You then make a link with the order field (eg. Consignee) and the field of the documenttype (eg. CMR NL - Consignee). Once you have made all necessary links, you only have to import or input your order, and then simply click Generate Document -> And choose the document you want to generate. The newly created document will be filled with the linked data in the order.

Automatically generating a document

  1. Click Windows -> Orders
  2. Select the order you want to generate the document from
  3. Click "Generate document" and choose the documenttype you want to generate
